The short version
ClubAirSide doesn't ask you for personal information. There's no account to create, no newsletter sign-up and no contact form. We use analytics to see which pages are read, and affiliate tracking so partners know a booking came from here.
Who we are
ClubAirSide (clubairside.co.uk) is an independent UK website. For any privacy question or request, email kieran@clubairside.co.uk.
What we collect
Analytics — only if you accept. Nothing is stored on your device until you choose Accept on the cookie bar. Decline and neither tool below loads at all. You can change your mind any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Google Analytics 4. Tells us which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from, and which links get clicked. It's aggregated and we don't use it to identify individuals. Google may set cookies and process data on its own servers, including outside the UK.
Microsoft Clarity. Shows us how people actually use the pages — heatmaps of where visitors click and scroll, and replays of anonymised sessions — so we can find the bits that don't work. Clarity masks anything typed into a form field and never uploads masked content; this site has no logins, payments or forms in any case. Microsoft processes this data as a data controller, and its own privacy statement explains what it does with it.
Affiliate tracking. When you click through to a booking partner, a cookie may be set so that partner can attribute a resulting booking to this site. This is how we earn commission. These cookies are set by Awin and the partner's own site, not by us, and they typically last 30 days.
Email. If you email us, we keep that email so we can reply and follow up. We don't add you to any mailing list and we don't share it.
What we don't collect: we don't take payments, so we never see card details. We don't run accounts, so there are no passwords. We don't sell data to anybody.
Cookies
The cookies on this site come from Google Analytics and Awin, as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time — the site works fine without them, though affiliate attribution won't function, which affects us rather than you.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google's browser add-on.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, and to receive a copy. In practice we hold very little — usually nothing at all unless you've emailed us.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), the UK's data protection regulator.
Links to other sites
When you click through to a lounge or parking provider, you leave ClubAirSide and their privacy policy applies, not ours. We'd encourage you to read it before you book — particularly the cancellation terms.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top of this page.
