What I can help with
- Corrections. If a lounge, car park, price or opening detail on this site is wrong, please tell me. I check listings against operators' own sites and I'd rather fix an error quickly than leave it up. Corrections are the emails I most want to receive.
- Listing a lounge or car park. If you operate a UK airport lounge or parking facility that isn't listed, get in touch and I'll look at adding it. Listings are editorial — I don't charge to be included.
- Partnership and affiliate enquiries. Happy to hear from operators, affiliate networks and brands.
- Press and quotes. Available to comment on UK airport lounge and parking topics.
What I can't help with
ClubAirSide is a comparison site, not a booking agent. I can't see, change or cancel your booking — if you've booked a lounge or car park, your contract is with the provider you booked through, and their customer service team is the only one who can help. Check your confirmation email for the right contact.
Response times
I aim to reply within two working days. Corrections usually get actioned faster than that, because they matter more.
