Our picks at Glasgow
Reasoned from published prices, opening hours and age policies — not from visits, and never from a paid placement.
UpperDeck Lounge
No lounge on this site sells a departures seat for less. It also takes both Priority Pass and DragonPass, publishes a £24 child rate, and stays open until 20:30. On price, access, hours and families it beats the alternative on every measure we hold.
Lomond Lounge
£21 more than the UpperDeck, with no Priority Pass route and a 17:00 close. We are not going to pretend we know why it costs what it does — neither the operator nor the airport publishes anything that explains the gap. If you are flying in the evening it is not an option regardless.
UpperDeck Lounge
The only one of the two with a published child price. Two adults and two children land at about £102 here, which is less than two adult tickets at a lot of UK airports.

Choosing at Glasgow
One of these is an easy recommendation
We try not to be blunt about real businesses, but the data is one-sided. The UpperDeck is £21 cheaper, open three and a half hours later, accepts two lounge memberships to the Lomond’s none, and publishes a child rate. On everything we can verify, it wins.
The 17:00 close matters
The Lomond shuts at 17:00. Glasgow runs plenty of evening departures, and for any of them the choice is made for you before price enters into it.
The naming has caused confusion before
Aspire sells the UpperDeck as a partner lounge, which has led several guides — including an earlier version of this one — to list an “Aspire Lounge” at Glasgow as if it were a third room. It is not. There are two lounges here.
Memberships
The UpperDeck takes both Priority Pass and DragonPass. The Lomond takes neither, so a membership covers exactly half the airport.
Frequently asked
How many lounges does Glasgow Airport have?
Two: the UpperDeck Lounge and the Lomond Lounge, both in the main terminal.
Which Glasgow lounge is cheapest?
The UpperDeck at £27 per adult booked ahead — the cheapest departures lounge we list at any UK airport. The Lomond is £48.
Do Glasgow lounges take Priority Pass?
The UpperDeck accepts both Priority Pass and DragonPass. The Lomond Lounge accepts neither.
Is there an Aspire lounge at Glasgow?
No. Aspire sells the UpperDeck as a partner lounge, which several guides have mistaken for a separate Aspire room. Glasgow has two lounges, not three.
Which Glasgow lounge is open latest?
The UpperDeck, until 20:30. The Lomond closes at 17:00, which rules it out for evening departures.
